Iain graduated in Newcastle in 1985, he started work at Ise Lodge Dental Centre the same year and was practice owner from 1993 to 2022. For 20 years Iain was clinical Orthodontic assistant at Kettering General Hospital. Orthodontics has always been his special interest and he provides a full range of fixed orthodontics for children under 18 on the NHS and child/adult privately.
Iain appreciates his long-term relationship with patients over many years and has enjoyed seeing children grow up to have families of their own who he now sees as patients.
Outside of work Iain enjoys spending time with his wife and grown-up children, cycling, and he is a member of the local village charity, volunteer fire brigade. Iain also spent many years helping with the local scout group.

What do you like about your job? Working with a great team and seeing my friendly loyal patients.
One goal in life: Complete the re-modelling of my house.
Hobbies: Off road driving and DIY.

Chuck qualified from Liverpool in 1998, he completed vocational training in Birmingham, moved to Northamptonshire and joined the practice in 2001.
Chuck enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, he has a special interest in endodontics and CAD dentistry, and is an experienced CEREC provider.
Chuck has built up a good relationship with new and old patients over the years and loves to chat with them!
Outside work Chuck spends his free time doing DIY and has spent the past few years re-modelling his own home. Chuck also enjoys spending time with his twin boys and daughter.
Year starting in dentistry: 2019
What you most like about your job? I love that I can help my patients smile and make them feel more confident in themselves. I love how rewarding dentistry can be, knowing that I can help my patients be free of dental pain. I also love cosmetic dentistry and I have an interest in orthodontics.
Goal in life: To be able to own my own dental practice one day.
Hobbies: Practicing yoga and meditating. dancing salsa, going to the gym and travelling.

Preeya qualified from the University of Manchester in 2019.
She really enjoys being able to help her patients feel more at ease and helping get them out of pain. She wants all her patients to feel confident in their smile.
She has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics.
In her free time Preeya loves to travel, dancing in particular to salsa. She also loves to practice yoga and going to the gym

What you most like about your job? I love to see my patients improve their oral hygiene and feel the difference themselves.
One goal in life: To meet Ant and Dec and give them a hug. (they look like they would give good hugs)
Hobbies: Baking, Badminton, socialising with friends and spending time with my family.

Nic joined the team in 1999 where she progressed from reception to dental nurse and then onto qualify as a hygienist at Newcastle Dental Hospital in 2007.
Outside of work Nic enjoys spending time with her friends and her husband and two young daughters.

What you most like about your job? Helping young patients gain confidence in visiting the dentist.
One goal in life: Visit Niagra Falls.
Hobbies: Keeping bees, reading, baking, swimming, spending time with my young nieces and nephews.

What you most like about your job? Meeting and getting to know my patients, working hard and seeing the results!
One goal in life: To raise as much money as possible for Cystic Fibrosis.
Hobbies: Going to the gym and spending time with my two young children.

Emma joined the team at Ise Lodge Dental in January 2023 and has settled in with ease.
Outside of work Emma enjoys spending time with her children and husband.

What you most like about your job? The rapport I have with our patients, both old and new and the relationship with our great staff team.
Goal in life: Have lots of holidays and stay happy and healthy.
Hobbies: Power walking, reading and spending time with my daughter.

Clare started her career at Ise Lodge Dental Centre in 1986 as a receptionist on a youth training scheme. She qualified as a dental nurse in 2008 and became practice manager in 2010. Clare is dedicated to her work which she has always loved. Outside work Clare likes eating out, weekends away and spending time with her family.

What you most like about your job? Working with a happy enthusiastic team.
One goal in life: Be successful, happy and healthy.
Hobbies: Caring for many animals including my horse Silver and eating out.

Abbi has worked in dentistry since 2008, qualifying in 2010. She is dedicated to her work and enjoys her interaction with the patients. Outside work Abbi enjoys being outside, riding her horse and spending time with her family.

What do you like most about your job: Supporting patients throughout orthodontic treatment and working within a great team.
One goal in life: To tour around Canada with my husband when we retire.
Hobbies: Creating memories with my family, keeping fit, a good book and flower arranging.
Drinks during the day: Strong Coffee!
Dawn is a dedicated member of our team with a special interest in orthodontics and her organisational skills keeps this service running very smoothly.
Outside work Dawn enjoys spending time with her family especially at Centre Parcs, escaping from Escape Rooms, eating out and cooking, and doing the park run on a Saturday morning.

What you most like about your job? Being part of a great team and I enjoy the interaction with the patients.
One goal in life: Complete my bucket list.
Hobbies: Reading. Walking/running on my treadmill and a member of the church group.
Drinks during the day: Very weak coffee!
Lilian has many years of experience in dentistry, she worked locally before joining our practice in 1997. Lilian now enjoys her role supporting the hygienist on a Monday.
Outside work Lilian is a member of the walking club, she enjoys spending time with her friends and caring for her grandchildren.

What you most like about your job? Variety of tasks each day brings in dentistry.
One goal in life: To buy a house.
Hobbies: Eating out.

Lesley joined the team in 2020, she is a strong member of staff and is always ready to jump in when needed. Lesley is very enthusiastic about her work.
Outside work Lesley enjoys fishing with her partner and camping holidays with her family.

What you most like about your job? Being part of a lovely team.
One goal in life: To move to the seaside.
Hobbies: Travelling, cooking and baking Romania recipes.

Monika joined the team in July 2021, she is an enthusiastic and caring dental nurse who always puts her patients first.
Outside of work Monika has 2 young boys who she loves spending time with.

What do you like most about your job? My role as decontamination assistant allows me to help my colleagues and assist in the smooth running of the practice.
One goal in life: Win the lottery!
Hobbies: Listening to 70’s and 80’s music.

Gayle started as decontamination assistant in 2011, she also helps with meeting and greeting patients. Gayle always makes us a nice cuppa at 11am!
Outside work Gayle enjoys shopping, eating out and weekend breaks

What you most like about your job? Being part of a lovely team and that every day is different.
One goal in life: To enjoy it as much as possible.
Hobbies: Spending time with my family and friends, baking and looking after my pet rabbit Sweep.

Faith started her training in 2022 and is very excited to explore the world of dentistry and become a qualified dental nurse in the future.
Outside of work Faith enjoys visiting lots of new places with her friends and going for food and shopping with her two sisters.
