Removable braces

Removable braces (unlike fixed braces) are not attached to the teeth - but they still must be worn all the time, including during the hours of sleep.

A removable brace should only be removed for cleaning, when eating, or when playing energetic sports - and should be placed back in your mouth immediately after any of these activities.

While out of the mouth your appliance should be placed in a protective box with a named label - which we will provide.

The brace may affect your speech, but this will settles after a few days.

You will need to return for review appointments every 6-8 weeks.
